I've been using Lenovo laptops for my personal use and my business since 2018 and have been very pleased with my purchases of Yogas, ThnkBooks, and ThinkPads. Unlike at least one other manufacturer, Lenovo doesn't force people to use their own brand of laptop charger -- I've used many laptop USB-C chargers from many manufactures and the more recent laptops never complain. I've recommended this specific unit (the ThinkBook 16) to clients and to my own mother, and everyone has been pleased with the purchase so far. I particularly like the lack of bloatware that comes installed. It's a straightforward model that does what it's supposed to without a bunch of hype, and I've found them to be cost effective for the performance. I highly recommend the Lenovo ThinkBook 16 for anyone needing a solid Windows laptop.

Muy buen producto, llegó bien (a pesar de que el embalaje no fue el correcto), el brillo de la pantalla es mas que suficiente, muy fluida con varios programas abiertos al mismo tiempo, el teclado retro iluminado tiene variantes que en las cuales si no la ocupas se apaga en automático antes de entrar a modo reposo o se puede mantener siempre activo, si viene con lo especificado (en mi caso 16 ram, 500 GB SSD), la calidad de la carcasa se siente solida y resistente y como un pequeño plus la calidad del sonido es buena (se oye a volumen alto sin distorsionar)

El producto llegó en una caja muy maltratada. Deben tener cuidado xin eso! La laptop de inicio mostraba retrasos no soy informático. Le programaron un software y ahora esta funcionando bien.
