The first massage gun I received from Amazon arrived fully charged and worked great. When the battery got low it would not charge. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded immediately. After explaining the issue and providing proof of the issue and proof of purchase they sent a replacement immediately. I will definitely remain a customer of this brand!
