This wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver set is a high-performing device for streaming. I am currently using it to display my computer screen onto a monitor across the room. Because the monitor has built-in speakers, the device handles both video and audio sync perfectly. Using both outputs through the device is highly recommended; when I tried outputting only video, there was a noticeable delay that disappeared once the device handled both.Regarding performance and quality:Visuals and Audio: While I haven't tested 4K, the 1080p HD quality looks sharp and the audio is clear.Latency: There is a very minute amount of mouse input lag. As someone with a high-sensitivity mouse setup, I can detect it, but it isn't bothersome for general use. However, this is not intended for gaming, as the input delay would be too significant for that purpose.Setup: The "plug and play" functionality works well. There are limited instructions, but it features an intelligent LED display for real-time connection status.Connectivity: The device uses dual-band 2.4G+5G technology. Interestingly, you can connect to the receiver's wireless network via a browser to access a troubleshooting UI and settings.My primary concern is that the unit gets extremely hot during operation. I am monitoring the temperature to ensure it doesn't become a safety issue. If you need a simple way to mirror a display up to 165 feet away without messy cables, this is a solid tool, provided you keep an eye on the operating temperature.

I’ve used a few different wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver sets over the years, and this one performs very well for its price point. Setup was straightforward, and once connected, the video quality was clean and sharp with no noticeable loss compared to a wired connection. For presentations and general video use, it looks great.In open, unobstructed conditions, the signal held up well even out to around 80 feet. However, the biggest limitation I noticed is that it really prefers a clear line of sight. Even something as simple as a person standing directly between the transmitter and receiver caused some buffering and occasional jittering. It wasn’t constant, but it was noticeable enough to mention. That said, I’ve owned other wireless HDMI systems that cost nearly twice as much and behaved the same way, so this isn’t unique to this product.One thing I really like is the compact size of both units. They’re small, lightweight, and easy to place without adding clutter or pulling on HDMI ports. That makes them especially convenient for temporary setups or moving between locations.Considering the performance, video quality, and price, this is a very good value. As long as you understand the line-of-sight limitations that come with wireless HDMI, this set does a solid job and is easy to recommend.

It is pricey but, it works.I can show my laptop screen on a TV for presentations from the back of the room without wires and without any screen casting software.It connects quickly and so far, works perfectly for me.I was also able to play a movie file that was on my laptop to my TV. Also a DVD.This is a very useful device.I tried on two laptops. Windows 10 and Windows 11 had no issues.On my home TV, a FireTV, I noticed my FireTV remote control volume failed to operate my amplifiers volume after I left this device plugged into my TV.I had to use the volume control specific to my amplifier.All in all it is a useful device and no need for a 50' cable or any software to connect my PC to another HDMI screen.I have not tried from my Android phone but, I will update this review when I do.I suspect it will probably be great with Windows PhoneLink or streaming from android apps without the transmitter required..

Pretty seamless in doing what it says it’s set out to do. Chromecast, AirPlay, and standard HDMI just work. Have not had the chance to try the Miracast functionality advertised but it says it’s there. Also nice to see that in addition to 2160p@30Hz it also supports 1440p@60Hz and 1080p@60Hz (if you force these configurations on PC). Only giving 4 stars as on my tv if left plugged in it seems to glitch out my eARC audio setup where the TV doesn’t recognize the sound bar until I unplug the RX dongle of this set. It works fine for a while with it plugged in but eventually the sound bar stops being recognized. I don’t know if this is a bug with my tv (Vizio OLED) or the device but no other device being left plugged in has caused this behavior.
