It's... different, to say the least!Health: Not sure about the health benefits of this, however it would be a bit healthier if I didn't need to add a bit of sugar to counter the strange taste! Other than that, I am unsure of the health benefits with this flavor of Cream of Wheat. Cook time is very simple, and the same as your Original Cream of Wheat.Sizing: They come in a box, in small packs like oatmeal does. So think single serving portion sizes, and measure water accordingly.Texture and Smell: It's just as off and strange as the taste! The texture isn't exactly grainy, but it isn't exactly like your typical Cream of Wheat. It's hard to explain if you have tried this Rice Cereal. But it triggered my ADHD Sensory Issues I have with Rice Cereal foods, so do with that information as you please!Quality: The quality is fine. It's actually the only thing I don't have much of a complaint about it. It's not the best, but it's not the worst, either.Final: I would give it at least a 4.5/10 when it comes to the entirety of the product. Will I order this flavor again? Most certainly not, as it's not really worth the price. It will take awhile for us to eat this all, though. It's NOT a huge hit at all!

We love Cream of Wheat so I decided to try this one because it was Maple brown sugar and let me tell you the whole family loved it and it's healthy for them and I am glad that they like it so now I know another great cereal to order for them especially cold ones
