This is a fairly good price for a large red light therapy plate. The stand is fairly sturdy and adjustable, so you can get different angles. But since the panel is a bit heavy, you have to be careful not to put it at an extreme position, or it will tip over. I also think that how the panel attaches to the pole is not as secure as I would like, so it's something to keep in mind. I'd rather the panel not be removable and better secured, but that's not how this panel works. It's just something to be aware of. I've had some good results with red light therapy. The arm makes the plate easy to adjust in many different ways. This red light standing plate has 113pcs of LEDs, including 660nm red light (visible) + 850nm infrared light (invisible) I have one that's small and has gotten rid of canker and cold sores. I've also used one for toenail problems. With consistent use, red light therapy is touted to help with fine lines and wrinkles and encourage hair growth. I love that it's easy to set up and sits in the corner of my room without taking up too much room. You can also use the small stand to put the panel on a desktop or table. The set comes with a pair of sunglasses. I use my own since these are too big for me. Overall, this is a solid buy.

I really like the stand on this. It makes it easy to put it right where I need to. I'm not really sure how long it's gonna take to see significant changes to my skin, but I've already noticed my sun spots are a little less noticeable. This is easy to move around. It seems to work really well. I think it's hot. I have no concerns about safety and my little 10 minutes a day really do seem to be making a difference slow slowly, but surely I'll have to come back and let you guys know how it goes after some long-term use but so far so good.

The CCGIRU RLT Panel is a well framed Infrared Light Therapy panel. The stand that comes with the panel leaves much to be desired, but the panel itself is a good performer.The panel is capable of producing 660 - 850 nm wave lengths which are good for surface to deep penetrating effects.The diodes are not lensed, which one of the glaring differences between the budget panels and the high dollar panels, but I can only assume that the wave lengths have the same effectiveness across the chasm of cost variances.We use RLT for muscle and joint pains in our home and I feel that it also helps with skin health.This panel is light and the ideal size to cover one upper torso at a time.Overall, the affordability, size, and included stand makes this a good entry into the RLT market.*4 stars!

This red light therapy lamp is a good size for covering more body parts at one time. The stand is easy enough to put together although it doesn’t have any directions on how to assemble it.The main attachments are metal and screw together with a solid base. Unfortunately, no matter how tight I turn the plastic and metal screw at the top (see the picture) moving it slightly the top comes off.ProsLarge treatment areaConsThe top, which is the red light lamp, is not secureSummary: This lamp needs to be securely attached at the top. It easily detaches from the pole which could lead to breaking it.
