I bought this only to muffle sound of my dog barking when left alone as his barking tends to travel into hallway of our apartment building. I hung it over archway opening into our front entrance foyer hoping with a doggy gate and the curtain it would muffle his barking. I'd say it does kind of but not much. This curtain gets 5 stars for easy to hang with included velcro and I'd say its perfect for keeping a room cold or warm. This drape doesn't really muffle noise but helps. I'm going to use it in summer with our ac to keep livingroom colder.

This product far exceeded my expectations. It not only blocks any drafts, but it puts an insulation layer on the door. It is easy to put on and take down when needed. It was worth every penny. They are heavy duty and good quality. They look great and I got them for my windows also. The size is perfect. I also use them in the Summer to keep down the temperature of the rooms and as a bonus, they block the sun. It is rare to have things work better than expected these days. I highly recommend them.

Omg this was the best purchase I've ever made for winter! It is so easy to put up and fit the door perfectly! Zero air gets around it and it closes right behind you . Thank you!

We have a living room door that leads outside and it has so many areas that bring in a draft that the room is 10-15 degrees different from the rest of the house ! UNTIL NOW! The material is thick. The magnets are strong. It holds nicely around the door frame. I seriously had my doubts but I am ordering another one . I would recommend this to anyone . The temperature is not noticeable different . I can stop avoiding my living room again!
