The screen will not pop up automatically when connected.
You need to open the software you need to use it.
If you are testing the product, there may be a signa howling phenomenon in the near-field call.
Please try to talk to a friend who is a certain distance away.
There is a relationship, especially in the case of backlightside light, and dim light, the video effect is not ideal.
You can achieve the ideal effect by turning on the fill light or adiustingthe direction.
There is such a phenomenon, Because some communicatiorsoftware takes into account the bandwidth and call volume, it will compress the pixels of the video image to meet the purpose of smooth call. (For example: the original 1080P imaging, some communication software will compress the video stream to 720P.) So you see that the current video effect is not as good as the local one, which has nothing to do with the hardware of the camera.

This is hard to use because it doesn't have a clip, so you can't set it up it too well without taping it down. Good image quality, but it has stopped working after less than a year.

The camera and audio seem decent for the price. However, the mount is not a mount at all really. The clip that's suppose to hold it on is not spring loaded and more of just a hinge without any tension to speak of to hold the assembly to the laptop screen. It doesn't clip on, it just sits on top. It's too loose to offer any stability and will easily slide side to side if the laptop is tilted. The USB cord length is over kill with about 4X of what's needed even on my 17" laptop screen. So save the twist tie it comes with. You will need it.
