This stuff works, but it’s almost impossible to install. I had to take it to a bike shop. So I’m hoping that rim damage will end. But the extra expense of putting it in was unexpected.

Good kit for my purposes. I just needed a mullet for my bike and "trail" also what I use for trail. Installation easy, ride is faster and safety.Price is very high in my opinion 😁Upd.Disappointed quality of protection. One smal jump on the rock section and big snake bite my new tire. (Tire go to garbage) The pressure was good (26psi), Tire is new and strong. In result - I didn't get what I needed. ☹️

Mixed set means Mullet Set! Didn't notice till after I had the front wheel done, and was struggling to put a smaller 27.5" insert on my 29" rim. Struggled to get it on and the back tire beaded. Too tight to add any sealant, and even adding air is a chore.

Vor- und Nachteile

Aus meiner Sicht gibt es klare Vor- und Nachteile bei dem Produkt. Dem muss sich der Kunde klar sein und selbst entscheiden, was für ihn überwiegt. Vorteile sind: höhere Pannensicherheit für den Reifen, und das, obwohl der Reifen mit geringem Druck gefahren werden kann; dadurch hat man einen besseren GripNachteile aus meiner Sicht: höherer Aufwand bei der Montage und Demontage des Reifen (wobei das befolgen der Herstellerratschläge und etwas Übung hilft, dies zu reduzieren); ausserdem entstehen natürlich zusätzliche Kosten, wobei die Inlays sehr langlebig sein sollen; schliesslich haben die Inlays natürlich auch ein Gewicht, welches am Hinterrad weniger zum Tragen kommt als am Vorderrad.Für mich persönlich überwiegen die Vorteile, wobei ich sie nur hinten montiert habe.
