I normally do not leave negative reviews. I was excited to get this little computer, and thought it would be a nice additional computer for my shop, for an extra knowledge base for my hobbies. It starts up fine, fits perfectly, BUT it is extremely slow and inconsistent (tried on numerous networks) & I haven't loaded anything onto it, just use it for internet surfing. It is very disappointing. I know reviews are a dime a dozen, but just leaving my experience. I wished it had worked decently and I would have been satisfied. I plan to upgrade myself with more SSD and better processor (fingers crossed).

This desktop was refurbished by TekRefurbs!It was easy to setup & down load Microsoft 365, HP printers & BitDefenders. Everything is working correctly! This desktop is a backup to the desktop purchased in May 2025. Both were refurbished by TekRefurbs!

Diminuta pero compacta

La fotografía es engañosa pareciera un CPU de tamaño compacto pero en realidad es mini. Perfecta para las operaciones diarias: algo de oficina y entretenimiento. Arranca Windows de inmediato y abre las aplicaciones de Office al instante. Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.

Not happy with the software that came with the machine. Set up their twitchy version of Win 11 and spent a while trying to get it to run right. Got frustrated and installed my own copy of Win 11. Runs well NOW. The drive has four partitions for whatever reason so I'll probably repartition the disk and lay down Win again.Also, the included WiFi doesn't work. Lol, right?
