Awesome night vision. Its like a spotlight lighting up my whole yard. Great picture quality. Ive had my system set up for about 6 months and haven't had any issues. I have cameras set up outside exposed to the weather and some inside too. Great customer service too. Very happy with my purchase.

I've spent over $1,000 trying to get this installed. Called in a professional security company and they said the box is bad. I've reached out to Zosi and they do not have a customer support phone number. All they have is Facebook Messenger and that just doesn't get the job done when they're on the other side of my world. I do not recommend this system --- it's poor quality and certainly not an easy setup. The description says NO HARD DRIVE but the comments say it comes with one. It DOES NOT so be prepared to purchase that separately. It has taken me so long to figure out that it doesn't work, that I cannot return it now.

DVR is a good entry level system for cheap. I install Security Systems fot a living. This is entry level. Haven't had much luck with the mobile app but it's not really what I needed it for. I had the system a little over a year and it started crashing and rebooting. Tried updating it and it didn't correct it. Worked with Zosi Customer Support to troubleshoot and ultimately got it replaced. The process was somewhat slow but they were very helpful. Again for the cost the video quality is very good. Software on DVR needs work but is manageable. It serves the purpose of watching over things when I'm not able to.

I'm in no way a professional with regards to installing cctv sets, but I have installed several of them in the past for friends and family. This setup if by far the easiest one. It is GUI based so all you have to do is key in or make sure all your settings are what you want and need it to and it'll work as designed. I'm not sure what the problem is with the other reviews with regards to having issues connecting online, I dedicated a hotspot for the DVR with active UPNP and I was able to access the cctv through the app. The night time picture is more than enough for what I need coz it covers a good 50 feet out with a 50 feet field of view - and this is with just the camera IR's. I have no intention of using after market IRs coz the factory ones on the camera are more than enough illumination. Recording and playback is good but you just have to get used to the way the system operates. Had to play with it a few to get the hang of it. Overall I am very pleased with this DVR, i bought the harddrive separate coz it's cheaper that way and you could get a higher spec one if you do so. I highly recommend this product and would gladly answer questions if need be to help out a fellow shopper.

The cameras work great, picture quality is great, and the night vision is pretty good. The navigation system isn't the best and would be nice to update it. Its not the simplest to playback video but it works.

Within 6 month of installing this, the DVR kept rebooting multiple times a day. I contacted Zosi and they sent a replacement DVR, only after I had sent mine back first. This caused multiple days without having cameras. Just recently, one of the cameras started experiencing shadowing and static lines. I contacted Customer service which stated that there could be interference. This system, along with all of the cameras, have been working fine for a little over two years, so there is no interference. After back and forth emails a few times, I was told since this was installed in 2019, the warranty is over. No offer or information to even buy a replacement. Planned obsolescence? Needless to say, I will be looking at other brands to replace the defective camera, and most likely, the other 7 cameras as well. Poor customer service, it's a drag and definitely unfortunate as it makes us look elsewhere.

Amazing quality, cameras work, iPhone App is simple and has many featuresDVR is fast and very simple and quick to install (less than 10 minutes if anything to setup your own hard drive)the cameras do take a while to setup around your house but that's not a reason to lower a star.my only complaint is that it came with only 1 power adapter, which can be used for only 4 cameras. (unless i'm doing it wrong?)The reason i bought this was that i first downloaded all the apps for various companies offering camera system, and narrowed my search down to which app "felt" nice to use and had features i wanted to see if i bought the camera system, after that, i searched different qualities for each of the companies product, and this product kept coming back to me, and i have no been disappointing in the quality, it is really the go-to camera system for less than $500, if you plan on going over $1000 for a camera system, then you would need to research more, but under $500, this is the go-to system hands down.Notes: I used my own WD Hard drive as its faster than the one they supply to you for an overpriced price ($75 extra to include a regular off-brand 1TB hard drive is not worth it, when you can get a WD brand hard drive for around $40 off microcenter or amazon, but that will not make me lower a star, thats just business.)
