Bracelet Doesn't stretch: SNAPPED when first put it on

Was looking forward to receiving my order however once it arrived the bracelet snapped and didn't stretch at all. I've bought other stone bracelet from other sellers previous which was stretchable. Very disappointed as it took a long time to arrive due to covid and the product looked great upon arrival.

The media could not be loaded. I got 2 different colors. One amazonite multicolor and one Indian agate. Colors are pretty on the multicolor one, however indian agate is mostly green colors and not as pretty colors like the picture on the web but still very nice and they go together pretty good. Since the beads are real authentic gemstones I know colors might vary. I got size L ,should have ordered a medium size, it's too big. Make sure you MEASURE your WRIST first, because they are tru to the measurements they provide, and not like other brands that send smaller then promised. I would return for smaller size but Amazon returns are not easy, can't put it in a mailbox, have to drive to UPS store to return. They are not very stretchy, but seem sturdy and elastic seems strong and good quality.Edit: I've contacted customer service and they have the best service ever. The owner helped me resolve all my issues, I recommend these quality brackets to everyone. It's a wonderful small businesses with the best service. I will be ordering more for sure, go check out their store for other items and DIY kits!

My husband and I both love Cherry Tree Gemstone Bracelets!We feel good about purchasing from this company as they are well established and travel around the world in search of quality gemstones.Each bracelet comes in a separate attractive blue velvet pouch which is great for gift giving!The bracelets are quality, with a nice weight to them and beautiful in color.My wrist is a smidget (tiny bit) over six inches. I have purchased both small and medium size bracelets with 8mm beads. The small size fits nice and snug and doesn’t get in the way when washing hands or applying hand lotion. The medium size drapes onto my hand a bit and looks stylish - please see photos.The bracelets pictured are:- Black Obsidian worn with Dumortierite (blue stones)- Black Tourmaline worn with Carnelian (orange stones) and Blood Stone (deep green stones with deep orange/red tones)We will definitely continue to add to our collection of Cherry Tree Gemstone Bracelets!
