The quality of this backpack exceeded my expectations! It is not a flimsy backpack, but has a moderate rigidity that allows it to stand upright on its own, and the material does not wrinkle, so it looks professional and neat. The backpack has tons of pockets and storage area (with a padded computer sleeve), and the backpack has an inner zippered pocket ... and I always get a backpack with an inner zippered pocket for extra security to put my wallet. The bag is a bit narrow in depth at only about 3 inches, but I knew that when ordering it, which made me go through the excess things that I was carrying around on my old backpack. I found a similar version of this backpack that will expand by opening a zipper, and I might order that one. This was a good buy.

Great little backpack and big enough for laptop. Just what I needed to replace a briefcase for my daily work commute. The only minor quibble is that the two outer pockets are a little snug. The zippers work well and the construction looks like it will hold up.

This laptop bag exceeded my expectation's by quite a bit. For the very reasonable price I paid I did not expect to get a bag of this quality. Stitching is in line and tight, zippers are heavy duty and top quality. My 16” laptop fit perfectly. It has many extra pockets and places to put things. It’s not a weekend type bag that will hold several change of clothes because of its slim design. It’s more of a business or college type of pack. I just got it and don’t have any long term usage so CB if it totally falls apart in the next 6 months I’ll write another review .

I really wanted to love this item. Everything fit into the pack in an organized manner and all was good. The furry lined laptop compartment is great, fit my 16” MacBook Pro perfectly. The second sleeve was perfect for a Kindle Scribe. Chargers, drives, mouse, personal items, etc. all had a place. Then I realized the USB port didn’t work. Not a huge deal, but I requested a replacement. I’d been using the pack daily for about 2 weeks when I noticed the fabric beneath the strap was separating. I do use only one strap quite a bit, but who doesn’t do this from time to time. This should not be an issue with daily use in such a short time. I don’t think the seam is failing (yet)…but I fear it will. Sadly I am now in search of another backpack and this one will be returned.

Bag is perfect size for long days out at conferences. It’s light and has just enough room. Has both USB A and C ports on OUTSIDE. Only issue is: 1. it smelled like fish on the inside when it arrived. Had to wipe it down, air it out for a few days and insert dryer sheets in all the pockets to get rid of the smell. 2. The INSIDE charger port CABLE (that goes into your power banks) is USB-A.
