Great idea but needs tweaking. First it took me too much effort and forever to unzip the bag. After opening and packing I had difficulty zipping it back up. My first attempt to vacuum the air out ended up with the VERY FLIMSY flap being sucked into the vacuum. I am returning it for a replacement because it is convenient for weekend travel and to pack items that do not need ironing. It is not worth the asking price but I'll test it for 29 days to see if it is worth keeping..I did vacuum out the air and left it overnight with the straps drwan tightly and the clasps in place. It seemed to have stayed in place. So that's goodIt looks very flimsy to me and I an not sure how long this night last. It is small and will be handy for overnight visits

Pros: comfortable padding, rear theft pocket, useful front pockets, shoe compartment for dirty items.Fits: laptop, fins/snorkel, 5 outfits of light thin summer clothes, 2 sandals, toiletriesCons: side pocket is small and almost useless. Only fits standard 16.9oz plastic water bottle. Straps not very reinforced but fine. Cannot remove charging wireIt fits frontier and aa personal item. BUT you cannot overstuff. It can easily fit more stuff beyond the dimensions of backpack. As measured, it qualifies for personal item. Stuffed, it becomes too wide.
