Perfect size for gym

picked up this bag looking for something to take to the gym and it's been working out great for that purpose. The size is just right for workout clothes, a towel, and a few small essentials without being bulky or cumbersome. The waterproof nylon material is lightweight which I appreciate since I don't want to add extra weight when I'm already carrying shoes and a water bottle. The fabric feels durable and should hold up to regular use. There are two main compartments which helps with organization, one side works well for smaller items you need quick access to like keys or your phone.You can carry it using the hand straps or attach the included shoulder strap depending on your preference. I've been using the shoulder strap mostly because it keeps my hands free walking from the parking lot. One thing I noticed is the dimensions listed on the product page don't quite match reality. The length is actually closer to 49 centimetres rather than the quoted 30 centimetres. Honestly this works in my favour since it's bigger than expected and fits everything I need.I wouldn't call this a travel bag really, it's a bit too small for packing clothes for a trip. But as a utility bag for the gym, running errands, or even as a diaper bag it works really well. The design is clean and practical without unnecessary features.

The Maungti Luggage Bag is more like a duffel bag. It's lightweight and good for smaller/short trips where you won't be packing much, so maybe the gym or something .Pros:- Lots of pockets to keep things organized- Shoulder strap and handles- Fine for light use like carrying a change of clothes- Smooth, light materialCons:- Material feels a bit too light and thin, to the point where I worry about it's durability or how it will hold up to light scraps or brushes against things that might tear the material easily- Nothing on the inside to help line or pad it to make it more durable or stronger- Not a luggage bag at all. Not even like a carry-on- Costs too much at around $29 for a plain duffel bagWhile reasonable for shorter trips and light-use cases, the Maungti Luggage Bag doesn't seem like a great value. This is listed as a luggage bag, and granted, you can obviously use it as such, but I would argue it probably makes a better gym bag (or similar). The whole thing is pretty small overall, though it does fit a good amount, so it would work as a weekender bag or something, but not enough to hold everything you might need to travel further or longer than a day or two. It could work as a carry-on bag in addition to a suitcase, but so does a backpack, so that's up to personal preference.The bag is made of a nylon fabric and has woven nylon straps, both for handles and one larger cross-body adjustable strap. The zippers are all nice, silver, simple and functional but good quality. They open and close smoothly and all the finishes and seams feel nicely done. There are also lots of pockets on this, with plenty of options for where to store different things and keep things separate. It has a shoe compartment on the side that sticks out into the centre of the bag to keep your shoes or boots separate and ensure they don't dirty the rest of your belongings. It also has a separate waterproof pocket made with a silicone material for storing wet things (like bathing suits or umbrellas or similar perhaps) to keep them separate. There is also an exterior pocket/loop for you to slide this over the handles of a rolling suitcase so you can set it on top and not have to carry it, which is nice.The various pockets and shoe/wet pocket are what make me think this works best as a gym bag. It would be perfect for swimming or yoga or if you need to keep your running shoes and gym clothes with you at work but don't want to have them loose or in a backpack or something. The bag itself is all black and decently dirt and water resistant, too, so it is pretty non-descript and simple. It's also easy to pop into a drawer or under a desk because it isn't as large as some other gym bags, and it does fold down on itself pretty well too if you need to bring it with you travelling as an extra backup for souvenirs or something.The quality is overall nice, and the design of the bag is simple and pretty functional. The price point isn't bad for it either, so overall I'd recommend this as a good option.
