I wish the front pocket had more depth - my noise-canceling headphone case presses against the zipper when fully packed. UPDATE: Excellent customer service. They pay close attention to all of their reviews and quickly reached out to me as they perceived I was less than thrilled with their product. This is not the case. I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s perfect for how I intend to use it. I just wanted to address the concerns of others regarding the reduced capacity for clothes. This is a well made, well designed bag, sold by people who clearly take a lot of pride in their offerings.I read all of the reviews on this and other similar carryon bags, and now I’ve bought and used one myself.First, The Zippers - I can see where the larger zipper pulls, which are integrated into a locking mechanism, can create issues when bags are checked. But this is a carryon. No problems. I suspect most of the zipper complaints come from the larger checked bags.Second, The Wheels - No problem on my bag. They seem well constructed. Perhaps those reviews are again from those with the bigger bags, or some spotty quality issues.Last, Capacity concerns - Well, this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. We all bought, or are buying this bag with the hopes of doing away with the second carryon we’ve needed to carry our laptops, tablets, cell phones and charging gear. Dump all of that stuff into the space limitations of a single carryon, and SURPRISE, there’s a lot less room available for clothes and toiletries.Thus, my assessment -This is a very good, 2-3 day carryon sized travel bag, that lets you back all of that stuff in one bag. Just don’t expect to stretch that to 4 or 5 days, like you can do with a normally configured carryon bag. Buy this bag if you value the convenience of accessibility to your IT gear, and the ability to integrate power bank charging, over the additional 2 days of clothing capacity. A weekend trip without checking a bag! Need capacity for a weeklong trip and don’t want to check a bag? Plan on 2 carryon bags.Yes, I would buy this again.

Charger port is useless but the suitcase is great.

I've had this for 9 months now. I travel multiple times per month for work and family vacations and is holding up well. Probably 50 trips so far. First one charging port was not working at all and returned for exchange, second suitcase I tested and only one of the two ports was working. I don't really use the ports as my external charger I just keep in my backpack. The rest of the suitcase is wonderful. I love the space for my laptop in a separate locked portion. The number of pockets in the that front section, as well as the two compartments in the large section are more than enough. I like the zipper netting and zipper flap on the inside. You can also extend the amount of space when not using for carry-on aircraft luggage for an extra jacket. You can get a lot packed in and it still seems to be able to close easily. It has a 3 year warranty and I'll either be utilizing the warranty or buying a new one just like this one. For the price it was well worth it.

Very sturdy and lock works great. Not really any separation inside the case from the two compartments though just a soft cover. Would like it better if it was separated by a hard cover in between but it is very functional. You just have to be careful not to iverpack the computer side before you close it since there is not hard separation. But nice case over all and for the price.

Very nice.Really like the access to the front part for laptop & room for the dreaded 'plastic bag w/liquids' routine.Haven't travelled yet, but it's as described, nice texture, love the pale pink colour.As usual, item arrived on time, as promised!
