This is smaller than what's allowed for a carry-on. This is meant to fit under the seat in front of your seat. If you are looking for a carry-on that fits a lot, you can bring a bigger carry-on than this. That all said, this is a nice little piece of luggage. It's all black, hard-shell, has wheels, and a long handle that can collapse down. It has a zippered, mesh-pocket divider inside. One side is shallow and the other is deeper with a crisscross strap to hold things in place. I don't know how this would count as far as carry-on. You might be able to bring this and a regular carry-on bag (with the bigger one going in the overhead compartment and this one going under your seat). I don't know about bringing something else like a laptop bag, purse, etc if everything must fit under your seat. I would check with the airline before travel. This seems well-made, and it's a good brand. The black shows dust and marks easily. You can put stickers on it, and they should stay on well. It comes with an insert to order custom stickers.I look at reviews a lot while shopping. I hope this review helps!

I love this little rolling suitcase! It is small - like having a half of a carryon style piece of luggage. It is the perfect size to fit under the airline seat, but holds more than I was expecting. The outer hard shell feels sturdy and tough enough to not scratch or damage easily. The handle adjusts to a a length comfortably adequate to my height - 5’4”. The wheels roll super smoothly on both carpet and hard surfaces. It has nice aesthetics and looks like a cute little easy to handle piece of luggage. It is definitely perfect for a quick trip, and is nice that I don’t have to deal with lack of space in the overhead bins of the aircraft. I would definitely recommend this suitcase if you’re traveling light or just need an overnight bag.

I've used this bag on 4 flights now as a toddlers personal item bag. It fits in the airline "check bag size" thing as long as the wheels are facing up.While I feel the price point is pretty steep, I have found it to be a very strudy and it has fit as an underseat carry on bag.It's lightweight when empty, the handle functions smoothly, the zipper opens and closes without issue, and the hard shell has been put through the ultimate toddler test- it's been jumped on while unzipped, thrown around the house, the handle's been pulled on and pushed, dragged and dropped.It's durable to say the least.It did endure a for a few scratches and it does still looks pretty good but the scratches are visible.
