These are best for smaller heads. Not that stretchy, so wasn't easy for my 9 year old to slip on. The purple color is not as vibrant as the picture. The material seems a bit cheap as well, didn't realize they were 100% polyester. I thought they would be more like fleece. No problems machine washing and tumble drying. They'll be good for this year, but won't fit for next year. I recommend for younger age group, not 9+
