Kiddo loves it! He was so happy that his face will stay warm now in the winter and that he gets to be a dinosaur! It’s super soft easy to adjust and looks really warm!

I ordered two.My oldest loves it because it’s not super thick and fluffy. It doesn’t suffocate her head she doesn’t like to be super enclosed. The tightening string broke on one already. Fits my 3 and 5yo.It’s super cute.

Not what we expected

I ordered a hat from you 3 days ago (pink) for my youngest daughter. But what you show here in the photo and video is completely different from what came.I thought that maybe there was some mistake, and ordered another one (only this time in blue). But today the same thing arrived, different from what you advertise here.In the photo and video you show hats with a thick layer, we can immediately see that they will be warm. What I received is completely different, they are very thin and without fur. My daughter was really looking forward to her new hat, but now she is upset, because her expectations were not met.I also want to say that about a year ago I ordered exactly the same hat from you for my eldest daughter and there were no such problems. We have been using it for a year now and it is warm, with fur and a thick layer.I am attaching a photo here, on the left and in the middle is a new order. On the right is last year's hat.How can we fix this problem?I will change the rating if the problem is fixed. If not, I will simply return this item.

My daughter is going to love it either way, but I'm not that impressed. It comes compressed and hasn't fluffed up much yet. The fleece is not very cozy on the inside, and the material on the outside is not soft at all (which actually doesn't matter and is probably more weatherproof that way). I was hoping to find something that fits over her skiing helmet, and it's pretty snug. That being said, it should be fine for sledding, but don't expect a ridiculously cozy product. It's colorful and fun, but stiff. I personally would find another option for myself, but like I said, my daughter will love it because it's a unicorn.

babygirl needed a hat like her siblings and it had to be different. this was cute. she still wears it, it doesnt go all the way down to the neck.

Material thickness is great. Daughter loves wearing this in place of a more traditional beanie style hat. While the balaclava fit her well, it’s loose enough to be more forgiving to not pull/stress her ponytails. It’s also easier for her to dress herself at pre-k for recess. Overall super functional if it protects her from the cold, but also cuts down on the little miss independent frustrations.
