My kids fell in love with character watches a while back and will wear them but the character watches break after a couple of hand washings and are super expensive. After that experience I knew better and started buying waterproof watches. Most of the ones I found claimed to be child size but were really big on their wrist. I really like these they are PERFECT for smaller wrist sizes, and are truly made for children. They are backlit for seeing at night, have alarms you can set, can be 12 or 24 hour and if you follow the paper that comes with it, it's pretty easy to set them up. They also indicate day of the week and what day Mon/Tues/Wed etc. and day # (for instance the 6th) it is. It does everything I like in my own watch. My favorite feature is the waterproof design. The price is incredible ($9.99 at time of review) for these!! They come packaged in a really cute box too! I liked this so much, I bought two. I'm going to buy more for gifts! You can't go wrong with these!!

Its a great looking watch. But Its not very w a ter resistant as advertised purchased it for my 5 yr olds birthday she washed her hands once and there was condensation on the screen. I thought I'd give it a few days to see if it would clear on its own and it did not. Once I realized it was not going to clear up it was too late to return or exchange. I will not purchase again.

How is this a watch for a kid? I’m an adult and bought a kid watch assuming it would be light weight and small. This watch works well with daily use but I am too aware it is on my wrist with the weight, bulk, and bumpiness of it. It winds up digging in to my wrist and arm when I’m working; both the watch itself has bump outs that dig, but also the band is not smooth.I like the buttons being more flush with the watch; a previous watch I bought had the buttons sticking out too much and I’d constantly push them with getting pinched between my arm or wrist. I had to keep pushing buttons to get back to the time when I wanted to see the time and was irritated at this, so I do appreciate this Viecacaeio watch having large, easy to see and feel, but flush buttons to use.I tried wearing it a few weeks to see if I would get used to it’s bulk but I cannot. It is a little over 1/2” thick, 1 5/8” diameter.Another thing that perplexed me… the package has “Smart Chip” on it along with other normal things like “Day of the week”, “Water resistant”, etc. Nothing in the instructions about a smart chip, but that creeps me out.

Got this for my youngest as a day gift. She loves it. She didn't understand all the multifunctions it had. But she thought it was neat it kept track of her steps. It does light up and can switch to military time. Was a little confusing to read but once you understand its fine
