UPDATE!The company understood my situation and took care of it immediately with patience , professionalism and kindness . I’m thankful.My 8 year loves the watch.Good watch but after 3weeks it stopped working. The battery died quickly.

Not even a week of child wearing the watch and already the minutes on the outside of watch rubbed off. Returned item. Great size and style though.Update: The company reached out and provided full refund with no issues. I hope that they will rectify the issue with the watch for the future even if it means the cost will be a little higher. Once the watch is improved, I may gove the company another chance in the future as the style is great.
