My TV was shipped from the vendor on the East Coast to Arizona. It was damaged on the lower right corner and had a dozen lines on the screen that ran vertically across the screen. Plus, the picture seemed defective.

I don't think I could drive to town and get one that fast! Everything is perfect. The picture is great and with the added sound bar it's like being in a movie theater. Easy to connect wifi but an owner's manual would be handy but the manufacturer doesn't supply. You have to get it online. Not the seller fault.

Samsung 65-Inch Class QLED 8K QN800DBought the TV and it was working great for a couple weeks. Then it just shut off while watching and never turned on again.Samsung customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. They couldn't find anyone in the area to repair so they decided on a refund. It took months to actually get this resolved. I had to call them constantly as they would not do anything if you are not on the phone to push them. Bought in June, died in July, refund in October.No more Samsung anything for me.

Great TV- we first bought one but it came broken. The seller had amazing CS and was able to replace it. The screen is crisp and high def. The bevel is a little small, which is what probably caused the first screen to break, but overall very happy.

It serves is purpose... CLEAR and easy to figure out...It didn't take long, but as I was watching the t v a shadow box appeared, and it hasn't gone away.In fact it got worse!I've never experienced this before with samsung.
