This laptop has worked great for me so far! I am able to play new games on steam, it works faster than my last laptop, and it has great storage for my needs. The screen had some weird mark on it, but it wasn’t too bad and I found a way to fix it.

Terrible. Was good for first few weeks then doesn’t work. I spent so much money on this for my daughter so she could play games and do school and now that the return window is closed we are screwed. And I can’t afford to buy her a different one. SO disappointed.

it is good for the schoolwork and doesn't overheat when I play games but the sound sucks. unless I have headphones on, I can't hear anything and that is at 100 percent volume.

Has really good battery life can run some Minecraft mods not to many heavy ones really good graphics and screen quality had 1 issue with it and got quick support and got a replacement within a week the speed of it is amazing a lot better than my older one. It does not make any sound what so ever to me maybe 5 minutes to setup.
