I’ve owned 3 of these. They however last between 1 to 2.5 years. Rubber tears and plug in part gets lose and it gets hard to charge. Yes this one is new but. The others did as I said. I have had a different one in the past and it only lasted a month. So this brand lasts longer and does its job.

Paid $320 excluding tax for the refurbished iPhone 13 mini. Battery capacity is at 86% which I’m satisfied with for the price. Some superficial scratches around the outer edges of the screen but a case will cover them up. Pleased with my purchase.

The reason I purchased my iPhone thru Amazon was to have an assurance of quality. There is a message in my settings stating that my display cannot be verified as a genuine Apple part. the message also states the touch screen may not work properly and it may use more battery usage as well as several other items mentioned. It also mentioned repairs performed by unauthorizes facilities is not recommended. The phone did come in very good cosmetic condition which can be had by others. COME ON AMAZON YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS.

It worked for 1.5 years then my phone updated. Then to figure out that, the phone battery was not Apple product. Recently, my iPhone has not been working and I need to get a new battery replacement under Apple product.

The phone did not even last 1 year. Sold as like new refurbished but the battery and charging port look to be original. Customer service was poor an no solution was offered. Penny rich and pound poor, buy your product elsewhere.

I just needed a stupid phone. My iphone 6 was too old for some of the few apps I needed.The description was exactly what I got and expected. The glass was perfect and camera was perfect. Battery life reads 85% and seems to hold a charge, minor scratches on case. It works; Hopefully until the iphone 20 comes out.Update:My above phone got lost. "Find-my-phone" took me to a freeway on-ramp and I saw it got run over. I realized it fell off the trunk lid of my car. It worked good enough to find but was otherwise unusable.I was happy enough with the last year's performance to order another one.This new one has 3 barely noticeable dings on the glass. Battery max is 87%. For me, that's still several days before I need a recharge. Totally worth it as opposed to buying new.
