I’m genuinely impressed with the Anker 100W charger with the built-in display. The performance is outstanding—it delivers fast, reliable power to all my devices without overheating or throttling. I regularly charge my laptop, phone, and other accessories, and it handles everything effortlessly.The display is a fantastic feature. Being able to see real-time power output gives confidence that each device is charging efficiently and safely. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference and sets this charger apart from others.The build quality is excellent, as expected from Anker. It feels solid, well-designed, and compact enough for travel while still being powerful enough to replace multiple chargers. Cable management is clean, and the ports are intelligently balanced.Overall, this is one of the best chargers I’ve used. Powerful, smart, and thoughtfully designed—Anker absolutely nailed it with this one. Highly recommended.

4.0 out of 5 stars Smallish But Heavy - Are You Sure You Need 100W?

Most people don't need a 100w charger for a single device, even if they are powering a fairly hungry laptop. I am running a 15 inch Macbook Pro and even though it theoretically can charge as fast as 140W, it doesn't use anywhere near that amount even when charging and being run quite hard. I have, at times, kept it perfectly happy with an older, Anker 45W max charger without issue.Obviously there are some gaming laptops or edge conditions where you do need this much power. But I think this size charger makes more sense for most people running mainstream, modern devices if they need something reasonably compact that has enough heft to charge multiple, fairly power hungry devices easily.If you don't need that, then stop and get something smaller. Because even though the physical dimensions of this thing are not crazy, it is a pretty chunky and heavy little guy for its size.If you do need this much power, you will find that it is a typical Anker product, with solid build quality. The screen is nice, letting you see what each port is putting out, and it also monitors its own temperature, as it can get a bit hot if you come anywhere close to demanding its maximum output. The screen times out fairly soon after you plug a new device into it, but it comes back on if you touch the little touch screen button. the fact that the display can be rotated in all 4 directions is also a nice touch, so you can read it basically no matter where you plug it in.When traveling, I will likely leave this thing at home in favor of a smaller, slower but lighter charger. 100w is still a lot of power for one of these things, and it still requires a bigger, beefier transformer. So while the GaN technology they are hyping does meaningfully reduce the size/weight vs earlier power bricks of this capacity, it isn't a miracle. It mainly seems to reduce the physical size of the thing, but the weight savings is a bit less impressive.

Awsome product, speed is amazing!! Of course it needs to slow down since the charger and the phone talk to eachother and let eachother know what is a safe charging speed according to how the user uses their phone. Its durability and size is reasonable and great. And the charging ports and more than what I need. It is worth it.

I got this USB-C charger block mainly for travel, and it's perfect for that. The little AC plug prongs fold down into the body of the unit when not in use. When plugged in, a small display shows the power draw, and at 100W, it should power most things. (Note though, it's only 100W max total. If you're charging multiple devices, it'll distribute the load between them.)There's a little bit of heat when it's running full bore, but not too bad. The fit in the AC outlet was solid, as were the USB cable fittings, both C and A. Even though the unit feels heavy, it's really not that big. Anyway, this is just about perfect for travel.

A great compact 100-watt charger. The only thing that I wish Anker addressed is the position of ports (side facing down/underneath) when you plug the charger with the charger’s screen facing you.
