These were real interesting. They taste like a little cinnamon cracker...something you might even dip in milk. But the texture is real odd....I really like it. It's not cracker crispy. Or like a short read cookie..and they're certainly not soft. But they have sort of a crunchy-soft bite to them..almost like the animal crackers that aren't smooth..anyway. is buy these again.

These were a big hit with my grandson who must adhere to a gluten free, low sugar diet. I like them too! Great alternative to the little honey cinnamon bears at the grocery store. Nice crispy texture and just the right amount of sweetness.
