I gave them a 4 because their customer support was very good. Quick replacement and refund. The quality of the product isn't the best. It works for awhile then failed.

I've used it for a few days now and think I've given it enough scenarios to see how it performs on a day to day basis. Giving it 4 stars based on the following reasons:Pros: really IS easy to install. Picture quality pretty good in most cases. Came with plenty of back up adapters and extra wires to ensure fit.Cons:There's a solid 2 second delay to turn on the camera. I thought I didn't really mind it on the first day. After several days, those 2 seconds can really start to feel long.Picture quality gets grainy at night, there's probably a mechanism in the camera that turns up ISO at night. It's not a big deal, Picture is still pretty good. Im not gonna dock them on that since getting good Pictures in any scenario is a tall order even for the engineers at Apple and samsung.Another reviewer said that on a sunny day the Picture gets washed out white. I was able to replicate that today. Unfortunately there's no setting to adjust for contrast or anything at all. I could still discern objects, just where the light hits gets all white.

I am very pleased with this camera kit. I really prefer the camera image in the mirror over an image in the center of the dash like all newer cars have so I am glad I found this one. I installed it in a 2013 Mazda 3 hatchback about 2 months ago and it has worked flawlessly since. Happy with the camera quality and mirror. The installation took me a few hours taking my time to remove trim pieces, etc to have a nice clean hidden install. The kit had everything I needed and more than enough wire length. The only issue I ran into during install is there is some sort of inline fuse plastic thing on the wire that goes to the reverse lights. Because I have a hatchback and the reverse lights are in the hatch portion this somewhat large inline plastic piece on the wire made it difficult to route and find a place for it to fit under the interior trim of the hatch. I wish this piece had been in a different location inline, maybe closer to the end of the wire, but everything worked out fine in the end.

I like the quality of the the components and the ease of installation. I'm pleased with the features of this unit and clarity on the screen. This looks like a factory system.

ONLY GOOD FOR A YEAR AND A HALF

Definitely not a durable camera works well for about a year and then starts to give trouble. Better off sticking with a name brand for longevity
