This is third flavor I tried and I think it’s the best flavor wise. I don’t see a huge difference in my figure but a lot of other people at my gym have which is good but me seeing a huge difference not much as I’ve only been doing this for 3 months and see myself everyday but I will continue to update as I see my progress. But I have lost weight and inches around my waist that’s for sure. Overall great product so far !

For the past Few months ive been using Alpha Lions burn 2.0 and tbh it's not that great. Can hardly feel myself sweating, or my body temp rising. But this with the same ingredients as alpha burn 2.0. This product is amazing, It's almost like my body went to 100 degrees. Plus, it's also way cheaper 2 bottles cost me 44.99 plus shipping, when one bottle cost me 54.99 of alpha lions. Going to stay with this product for now.

I was disappointed with VMI Sports L-Carnitine because it failed to provide any meaningful health benefits and instead caused sweating and diarrhea. Additionally, my bottles arrived without a seal.

I've been taking this product for two weeks and can attest that it does in fact create a shift in internal and external body temperature. Within an hour of taking, you can feel slight beads of sweat develop on your skin and you begin to shiver. I liken it to a hot flash for women except it's more sustained. As it progresses your clothes become drenched and you get cold. So in that aspect it works. I haven't noticed a change in endurance but that could be a more subtle shift over time.

It was nasty... but it is suppose to work. Idk if I saw a difference other than I felt like I could smell it coming out of my pores so I stopped taking it
