Great stuff - this particular flavour is my favourite and is not too strong. Bought it after much searching to find an electrolyte mix/drink that didn't have artificial sweeteners in.Comes in a decent sized package and includes a scoop which makes dosing easy. Pretty good value as these things go.I did 118 miles of canoe race, a sweaty endeavour, drinking Skratch throughout and it kept me well hydrated. The taste never got boring as I switched between this and the lemon and lime one.

I’m not a fan of Hydration Powdered Drinks as a rule. (I’ve tried most of them!) Especially Lemon (that reminds me to of my annual colonoscopy prep.)! But the Pineapple flavored Skratch is delicious! My new functional medicine doc. recommended it! It’s so good! (Not too sweet!)

Easy to mix, excellent hydration with a light and refreshing taste. No artificial sweeteners!

I like the hydration powder from Skratch Labs a lot, did a bunch of searching to find something without artificial sweeteners, and it paid off.The taste itself is light and sweet, not overpowering like a soda, and the tangy citrus/lime flavour really masks the taste of the neccessary minerals that can be a bit too salty in some products.The instructions on the package says to use a number of scoops of powder to amounts of water, and the scoop is included inside the package. The product mixes very well, no clumps or otherwise.The bag itself is resealable via a zip-lock, so the solution does not absorb moisture from the air.As a light user I this will last me a long time.For heavy work, training, trekking or other outdoor activities replenish your salts! Stay hydrated! A solid recommendation from me.

I use Skratch Labs Hydration Powder on long road rides and usually go through about one bottle per hour. The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is really nice and not too sweet, which makes a big difference when you’re drinking it for several hours. It also doesn’t leave that heavy, sugary aftertaste that a lot of sports drinks do.It mixes easily, goes down smoothly, and I haven’t had any stomach issues using it on longer rides. The electrolyte balance feels right for endurance efforts, especially compared to standard drinks like Gatorade that can feel a bit too sweet over time.The price is a little higher than Gatorade, but the cleaner taste and better overall feel make it worth it in my opinion. One small thing to watch out for is spills—the powder gets pretty sticky and is tough to clean up, so be careful when handling it.Overall, I’d definitely recommend this for endurance athletes who want something that hydrates well without being overly sweet.

Easy to drink, good tasting & dissolves in our glass tumblers quickly. Husband has been feeling very dehydrated especially in this hot weather and feels much better, no headaches. The night sweats are getting less every night. The first night actually had NO sweating! Seems to really be working...this brand was recommended to us. We both have two 16oz glasses a day. Update on review, Dec 10, 2025- bought several times now I bought the larger amount to have on hand. Although I've tried several other brands this is the best tasting & dissolves quickly + caffein free. A bit spendy, but worth it!

I found out the hard way that Exercise-Associated Hyponatremia is a real thing. If you sweat a lot when you work out and only replace your lost fluid with water and not sodium, you can end up with a nasty bout of EAH. I've occasionally consumed the big G electrolyte but was looking for something a step up. I avoid all artificial sweeteners including additives like monk fruit, stevia, etc. There's not a lot out that that doesn't use those ingredients but I researched and discovered Skratch!It's a very fine powder that packs a subtle but detectable flavor. I add one scoop - 22 grams - to my 16 oz water bottle and put in the fridge (want it sweeter, use less water). When I work out, I'm able to sip the drink throughout the duration without getting that sloggy feeling in my stomach. I actually tolerate it better than water during intense workouts.I've tried three flavors and my favorites in order are Lemon-Lime (a distinct and pleasant flavor), Orange (nice, light, barely-there flavor) and Strawberry Lemonade (which I didn't really care for at all... very little flavor and a little bitter to me).The amount of sodium and a few additional nutrients make this my one and only go-to sports drink now. It got me out of EAH territory quickly (a few days) and I don't go a day without it!

I swear by the Scratch Labs Products. Every flavor i get tastes great, is packaged well, and works better than I could ask for. As an over weight guy in his 30s who has been taking huge strides to get back into shape I can honestly say that the hydration powder, the energy chews, and the recovery power all work phenomenally. My advise is to consume as needed, read the labeling and properly educate yourself on what your body needs. For me this has been a game changer during 10 plus mile rides and my career as a plumber.
