This device has been an amazing addition to my relaxation routine. I didnt know what to expect at first, but the frequency truly creates a calming atmosphere... I use it before bed and during meditation, and I’ve noticed deeper sleep and a more relaxed mind before falling asleep. It also helps reduce stress and makes my room feel peaceful and grounded. While I do hear sound with the provided earbuds so I know it is operational, even after using it daily for weeks, I can’t tell that it does anything. I tried many different frequencies which made different sounds through the earbuds, but I felt no difference at all. It is easy to operate, however the cord is restrictively short. The plate is very thin. The generator was worth a try though. I do think my cat is able to hear it, however he hasn’t let it chase him out of the room.Update: The seller reached out to me through Amazon‘s messages after I posted this review. They said they would take my comments into consideration. It’s much appreciated. I have not changed my review. I still think this frequency generator is worth a try and it is nice knowing the seller stands behind their product.
