Overall, I really like this red light ear device from RFVDC. The buds are compact and give off a nice, gentle glow. I have absolutely no idea if that glow does anything - but it is gentle with a hint of warmth. Reasonably happy with it.

I bought this because I have fluid in my ears. It is helping. HOWEVER, I caught a cold and used it for my nose with the nasal tips. In 2 days my nose cleared up!! It started running (it was stuffy) like crazy the first time day. The second day very little and the 3rd day my nose is completely clear!!! I never get over a cold this fast! I use herbs etc too. I can't do without this device. I've spent more for herbs!

I like the size of the device and it worked for the first couple of weeks. That's not to say its helped my tinnitus, but they clearly state to allow 2 sessions a day and several weeks. I had to stop using as I ran into a technical issue but the company sent me a replacement pair. I've resumed using and hope for better results.Also, the USB plug includes USB-C. You have to gently pull it apart to see the other connection.

This little red light therapy device has been surprisingly pleasant to use. It’s compact, easy to carry, and comes with both USB and Type-C charging. The 650nm red light feels gentle, not hot or irritating, and I’ve been using it a few times a week just to wind down and give my ears some attention. It comes with different silicone tips, and there’s even an attachment for nasal use. I wouldn’t call this a miracle cure, but it definitely helps reduce that stuffy, fatigued feeling I sometimes get after long days with earbuds in. It’s very low effort to use—just pop the light in, sit back for a few minutes, and done. Great for daily relaxation and ear wellness.
