I bought these for my remote work cohort. They all love them. One has a cat that is mesmerized by it. One had her daughter confiscate it. Many indicated it's a welcome reminder to step back and take some stress relieving breaths. I like that it also functions as a stress ball.

The media could not be loaded. EDIT: Fantastic customer service! Would likely order from this company again :)Such mixed opinions on this. I feel like I would be completely satisfied with my purchase if I had not upgraded to the one with sound features. The sounds for this are pretty awful. They sound artificial and noisy.But on the other hand, I love the lights. The colors are beautiful and blend well together and I adore the night light feature! There are a couple of different breathing patterns, which is neat.It's super soft, smooth and smooshy! It comes with a charger. It's pretty small so I can imagine it'd be easy to travel with. It's cute so you don't have to worry about hiding it when it's not in use.Overall, a good value for my money if like I said, I didn't get the one with sound. Just stick with the regular one and you'll be ok.

No vale tanto la pena

Me arrepentí de comprarlo. Pensé que tenía más opciones o programas pero solo cambia de color en cada sección de respiración (que es algo que fácilmente puede hacerlo uno solo, contando mentalmente los segundos). Para lo que es, no vale la pena el gasto. Solo puedo darle la opción de "decoración" y eso ni tanto, porque es solo una pieza de silicón. Inviertan su dinero en otra cosa.

I have a 10-year-old boy that has ADHD and struggles with anxiety and keeping calm. He is homeschooled with a teacher here in the home and she purchased this for him. She uses it during class and it has helped to keep him calm and focused, and additionally, we used it while we traveled to help him go to sleep in the hotel room. Definitely a great tool for kids that struggle with anxiety or ADHD. Battery life seems to last quite long and it’s not very big and soft so it fits in most carry-ons.. I love that it plays music and lights up and you have the option to do one or the other not just both.

Love this little device. Great quality, and battery seem to last, as I have not had to charge it yet and have used it for a few days now.Not only that the buddha is adorable☺️ It's very easy to use and has 5 different settings. Comes with instructions, and the best part is that they're also printed at the bottom of the little guy so if you forget how many times to press the button to get to the breathing program you want, all you need to do is flip it. ✨🫶🏼I get anxious during the day and sometimes forget to breathe properly. This little guy helps me get back on track without getting distracted by counting. This Breathing device should be at every school and every classroom. 😌

Sometimes I just can’t get my mind to shut off so I can get some sleep then I found this little Buddha. It walks me through breathing exercises & helps me focus on inhaling and exhaling with the different changing colors. It’s soft and squishy and so cute but best of all it’s helping me find some peace as I breathe.Super easy to use and comes with a charging cable too. Now the kiddos are asking for their own to use as a nightlight. Just get one. ♥️
