This combination of lentil sprouting seeds have a great sprouting ratio and are very easy to sprout. Their gentle crunch is a welcome addition to salads, and the sprouted French & Red lentil seeds add some color. For me, they take a little less than two days to develop about a 1/4" sprout or a little longer, counting the soak time.I enjoy their texture and mild nutty taste so much that I sometimes pour them into a bowl and add sprouted garbanzo beans The Sprout House Organic Sprouting Seeds Rainbow Bean Mix Garbanzo, Lentil, Green Pea, nothing else, and much away contentedly on the nutritious snack. I find eating them gives me a nice energetic feeling. I love lentil sprouts. They sprout in 3 days, but you can let them go 4 or 5. I find them quite easy to do and tasty to eat either by the handful straight from the jar or added to salads or sandwiches

Crunchy Lentil Fest Sprouting Seed Mix are very easy to sprout. Before discovering this sprout mix, I used to purchase a mix of sprouts that were already sprouted at the store. (i.e. grocery store, farmer's market) This sprout mix is very easy to sprout and they are a better quality than the ones I purchased at any store.

This is definitely one of my favorite sprout mixes! I use the large mason jars with sprouting lids, and end up with very few un-sprouted seeds when I harvest this mix.The taste is flavorful, yet mild, and there is a perfect amount of crunch to the sprouts. They're good in salads, wraps, or just right out of the jar! These sprouts are so tasty that most of the time they are my main 'base' for my salad. I have a lazy streak when it comes to washing and chopping lettuce, so I'll just throw a big pile of these in a bowl, add some chopped avocado & cucumbers, then top with a bit of olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt, and it is a yummy meal full of vitamins, minerals, protein, and phytonutrients. I am definitely a repeat buyer of these!
