Very good product. Fair price and better than I have seen in stores. The 18oz bag is ideal and keeps me going for a few months.Like any seed or nut it is high fat but it’s nearly all the good unsaturated fats. I try to ensure less than 20% of my daily calories come from fat so i limit myself to a tablespoon a day with my morning oatmeal. It’s not easy as these seeds taste so good, i could easily do a cup not a tablespoon.They also add a wonderful depth of flavor to smoothies, homemade humus and avocado on toast to name a few.

The seeds are very fresh and have a mild, nutty flavor that blends well without overpowering anything. They are soft and easy to chew, which makes them much easier to digest than flax or chia seeds that can feel gritty.One serving provides a good amount of plant protein and omega-3s, and I did not experience any stomach discomfort after using them for several days in a row. They dissolve well in smoothies and also work great sprinkled over fruit, cereal, or salads.I also appreciate that the bag comes with a resealable zipper, which makes it easy to keep the seeds fresh after opening without needing to transfer them to another container. Overall, the quality, taste, and convenience make these hemp hearts a great option for everyday use, and I would definitely buy them again.
