Instant pantry staple. Just crack open the can, rinse the chicken inside briefly, and you now have an ample portion of perfectly cooked, reasonable-tasting chicken with no weird mystery bits in it. Perfect for adding some protein to just about anything. I can be really squeamish around meat - worries about under-cooking or over-cooking or waiting to long before cooking or weird gristly bits or that nasty bitter taste chicken sometimes has make cooking it myself stressful and expensive. These cans are a breeze to use though, and surprisingly affordable, both in compared to other types of meat and compared to canned chicken from other grocery stores.

So hard to find shredded chicken. I mix this with beans and rice etc And I don't get skeeved after being a vegetarian for 20 years! The taste is good there's little or no fat in the can like major brands And it's good quality all around. I highly recommend it and I am a repeat customer.

Not only tasty but convenient AF! These aren't the small cans. Bought 2 cans to try....then 6 more for adding shredded chicken to EVERYTHING... Like just today, added shredded chicken to Kraft jalapeno mac & cheese. (Only available from Amazon)

Tastes like the expensive brand and is a smaller can . Great taste and I save a lil coin . I cook rice in chicken broth and add this with some (usually frozen)veggies .Hey what can I say....I'm cheap . This will be my go to from now on
