I love these electrolyte packets. They are so nice to have on hand and throw into my water whenever I feel like I need one. The watermelon and strawberry are my favorite flavors but the raspberry lemonade is also good.

This electrolyte powder saved me when dehydration hit hard. One single-serve packet in about 30 ounces of water served the purpose. Low sugar, with no weird aftertaste, just clean, refreshing hydration. It didn’t feel heavy, I just felt better.

Great product! I use this powder in my water bottle every time I play pickleball (often!), and all of the flavors are good. And I like having the different flavors to put in the water. One pack is perfect for a 24-ounce insulated bottle.

Alot of powder for the money. These are great tasting on the go pouches that we use all the time. We add them to our water before work and the gym or just going out for the day. You receive alot of pouches for the money and they all come individually wrapped so you can choose your favorite without searching though a whole box.

I was buying the bottles of this flavor until I saw these packets. Saves a bit of money this way. The packets are okay but not as flavorful as the bottled ones. I'll still drink it tho!

Do any of us really know the difference between when they show up on the tennis court with bottled water or electrolyte enhanced drinks? I buy it because it's supposed to be good for me. Other tennis players drink Gatorade or water so I tried this. It tastes good and doesn't add unnecessary calories to my diet. I pulled this from Google AI and it might have scared me had I read it before using electrolytes. "Oooooh, it electrifies every cell of my body. I'm gonna get electrocuted or light up like Griswold Christmas rooftop.Google AI Says...Electrolytes are essential minerals that carry an electric charge when dissolved in bodily fluids like blood and sweat. My sons drink so many bottles of Propel, I figured I'd try this powdered packets since we also buy alot of bottled water. These are great for taking to school or sports since the schools/college has water bottle fillers. These dissolve nicely and flavors are similar to bottled Propel. They say the flavors are less than the bottled Propel though so taste is different. They sometimes add two packets to larger water bottles. But, Propel is a great electrolyte drink and these packets make it easy and less expensive.
