This mix is very crunchy and fresh. There is a nice balance between each item in the mixture. It is very mild in flavor. I was disappointed because I expected a more intense flavor. The ramen bundles are very good with a small punch of flavor. They remind me of when I was a kid and would dip uncooked ramen in the spice packet. I would have really liked a dried wasabi pea in the mix, but that doesn't really fit with packaged ramen I guess. It is good. It is crunchy. Individually each ingredient has the flavor and texture I expected. Collectively it fell slightly short. I appreciate the resealable package. I also appreciate that it does not taste overly salty.

Really good snack , just right for on the go. Season just right not overly covered and wait for your pocket $$$. I appreciate the fact that they're not spicy
