One of the wires got loose and it made it so some of the lights wouldn't work...once I figured it out I pushed it further into the connector and all was good. Nice looking light and was easy to setup and I believe the problem wasn't inferior design but an inferior handyman! Would recommend and would buy again if I had the need

Fixture doesn't sit flush with the ceiling once installed. Individual "lights" don't stay aimed. Waste of money! Can't tell you how well it works because I installed it and took it right back down.

The wires inside are too thin and not the solid type. The base is cheap and does not fit perfectly on the mounting bracket causing the base to warp slightly. The screws are cheap and the wall anchors should not be used. The base of the light cover is too big and can be moved sideways after tightening.Its cheap and will work fine for 6 led bulbs of around 12 - 15 W. Everything worked. Once its on, it looks fine.
The fixture arrived quickly. Without counting the parts first we installed it in the ceiling, replacing our broken one. After it was wired in place and we were putting the light bulbs in, we discovered two of the six lampshades were missing. I immediately wrote to the company to request two lampshades. Within a day I received a nice note back requesting my address, apologizing for the mistake and telling me that the replacements will be sent out. Today, 9 days later they came and my husband put them in place! the fixture is perfect for our dark, gloomy kitchen. It is very bright and easy to change the lightbulbs. I am so pleased with it and HiBay customer service!
