Both outlets work great once set up. I know others have commented on the lifespan of the outdoor power strip, but so far I've had no problems. If things change, I'll provide an update.The only problem I've run into so far was setting the outlets with my network. I had no problem finding and connecting to the outlets with my phone, but the app was not able to find my wifi router. I removed the app and reinstalled 2 dozen times at least, I tried the wall outlet, thinking maybe the outdoor strip was defective. Ran into the same problems there.I was about to give up and start a return process when I figured I'd try an older Android phone I had. I was able to set up both outlets with no problems, and I was able to control them with the app on my current phone. My guess is there is possible problems with the app for setting up on more up to date Android and IOS devices.As an aside... I don't know why Amazon is asking me to mention "sheerness" and "thickness" in my review of this product.

I have been using this brand for about a 3 years or so and had pretty good luck. I added units until I felt like I was pretty invested in this brand. They did have a few hiccups when connecting but with patience, and in some cases a few tries, I had them all hooked up. I have three basic indoor outlets, one outlet with USB, one outdoor spike and one outdoor multi-outlet. Now I upgrade my router and NOTHING! Yes my router still has 2.4ghz as well as 5. I even set my router so the guest sign on only used 2.4 in case the outlets were not able to pick between the two on their own. NOTHING!! I reset following instructions and still NOTHING. I call customer service, go through the irritating message ultimately telling me I called at a bad time, leave a message, and then the MAILBOX IS FULL! Call day after day and the mailbox is full. FINALLY get to leave a message and....you guessed it, NOTHING! My opinion, find a better brand.

Started to get frustrating to have to plug thing in and out everyday so my neighbor told me about this Wion.Bought the steak 3 plug for outside that came with 1 plug for inside wit h I used for the tree. Lights came on and off at the time I set up without a problem. At 1st had issues setting up but it was because of weak wifi signal so had to call cable company to come fix that. But after that issue was fixed, all ran smoothly. No matter how big or small your light set up is , I definitely recommend buying a wireless plug. Was inexpensive also..about $15 on Amazon.

I bought two sets of this and love it! Easier and less expensive that doing a timer switch - and I can control the functions from my phone vs. standing in the cold to adjust. Great deal for two smart timers...FYI, the three outlets on the stake are all on the same programmable timer.

Set up is not working in the initial setup

I cannot even connect the three different models I purchased to my iPhone using the default Wi-Fi SSID. Set up is not working after three weeks’ trial.

This product does not work well. I live in Canada. The app can only find our WIFI network when within 20 ft range and when it does find it, I am prompted to enter an area code, name and password. All information is correct, and it still does not connect GARBAGE NOW
