I loved these lights so much, they were so easy to stick on my wall and they light up the room like nothing I’ve ever seen before, I’m very sad to say though after four months they have given out, the little strip piece that plugs into the actual port that connects to the wall plug is no longer working and I’m really sad about it! They are all along my walls and now I don’t know what I’m supposed to do because the lights that are stuck around my room don’t work! I’m very disappointed to say that they’ve only lasted this long considering I don’t turn them on or use them every single day so I don’t know what to do! It’s not even the lights it’s self it’s literally the strip that goes into plug in port !!! Smmhhhhhh

These lights are amazing and they are long literally can cover my whole apartment and when you turn them off they blend in with the wall I love them and thinking of buying another set soon

3 out of 4 connectors defective from the start. 4th stopped working after 6 months.

The connector between the strips and the IR receiver is very fragile. The issue seems to come from the 4 pins strip end. The first time we ordered, we reveiced broken strips right out of the box. Those were thankfully replaced. We then received a second set. We had 2 strip. One of them broke very early during the installation back in February this year. We didn't mention anything because we don't like to complain and because the second one was ok. Now we just find out the second one failed. The lights don't lit anymore. We can manage a bit of light by wiggling at the connection point but it fades quickly and it is uncontrollable with the remote anymore. We tried to change the battery on the remote. Nothing works. We did not have high expectations for the product. We understand it is not bullet proof. However, our experience has been much lower than our expectations. We used it only during 7 months. This is under one year and some sort of guaranty should apply. We tried to reach out to the distributor Shopufe-CA, but we were told by Amazon that they desapeared. We can't contact the maker Phopollo because we bought more than 90 days ago. So our only way of communicating with them is a public complaint. This is sad. Could Phopollo take its responsability and contact us?

these are GREAT for the price. i was expecting to maybe get some flickering LED's, but instead some great LED's came in instead. really easy to install, so that doesnt matter. the remote cannot reach from that far away, but you get use to it within the first couple minutes. then.. the diy part is kinda tricky to set up. still havent found out how to, but it really doesnt matter. the jump and fade are just jumping from different colors, and fading into different ones too. if you are looking for a cheaper LED, these cannot be any better. i cannot recommend them more for your gaming setup, futuristic furniture, or even a room. just remember that you will need to keep the cables hidden and point to where you want them. they dont reflect the BEST on other materials, i have around 2-3 rows of LED's point at the floor, and like 1.5 rows of LED's on the front side at the wall.

Good enough with some small issues.I will be comparing this light set to a Govee light set that broke. It cost about double. They are decently bright and the remote has a lot of options. They are not bright as the Govee was, they are noticeably dimmer, but they are still decently bright. You can also cut the strip to size but anything you cut after a small connection segment will cause the lights up to the previous connection segment to go out. (Not mentioned in instructions). There is a connection segment about every 18 inches, they are clearly labeled but the instructions didn't say anything about the lights going out after the connection segment. In other words you see where the strip was connected to itself and if you cut it before the next connection Point all the lights up to the previous connection point will go out. Adhesive seems pretty good, no issues there.
