Webcams should not be that complicated, yet so many companies are doing all that they can to make them overly complex. This is not the case here. Logitech has been the best-known peripheral manufacturer since the turn of the century, and they just make things that work. Plug it in and you get a great image for your meetings or whatever else you do with your webcam. I'm not here to judge. The microphone picks up every sound so if you didn't set that setting that focuses on your voice, you need to check that now. If I had to pick something that I don't like about them is that the auto exposure on it leaves some to be desired. If you don't have light behind the camera, it will wash out the background trying to expose your face. Works with all the standard webconferencing software. Great product for a reasonable price.

Nice little camera, well packaged, nice clear image, pretty good audio.That's the good news.The bad news they don't tell you ....You have to have other programs to even turn it on. It does NOT come with its own software. Both the online downloadable ? software AND the "customer support" both suffer from the same malady ... "Chinglish". Written and verbal support appear to have been written in Chinese and (poorly) translated into English of a sort.

For the price, this is pretty good nice 1080 P Great for Video Quality great for every day use has the privacy clip on it which is nice Eastern value for your money. I found Logitech to be very decent.
