This power backup unit is functionally excellent. It has immediately kicked in for me during outages without a hitch. The displays are most useful and intuitive. I have had no problems with the unit.

Update 1/11/21: Still waiting for Cyberpower to examine the failed UPS unit. I gave up about a month ago and bought an APC UPS unit as THEY VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS and send a replacement unit out right away even if they haven't determined why the unit failed. Update (12/3/20): Cyberpower won't even get to examining the UPS unit until (if I am really lucky) until January of 2021. In the meantime, I am out of of UPS protection for my gaming computer unless I shell out money for another unit. Don't even consider this UPS unit if you value your devices. This UPS unit failed in 2020 and as a result of that failure, my desktop computer crashed. The UPS unit failed to turn on and keep my computer running even though there was no power outages in my area, no storms, etc. Even though THEIR unit failed, the owner of the unit has to pay for returning the UPS unit and has to pay the cost of the repair estimate per their user manual. I bought this unit in July of 2019, so it barely lasted over a year. The only two things I had connected to the UPS portion of the unit was the computer and the monitor and I made sure that these two devices did not exceed the capacity of the unit before I bought it. Now the repair shop that I took the computer to for a diagnosis said I should buy a new power supply unit because of the UPS failure. Great, more time spent in the repair shop for something that should have never happened.
