Great computer! Haven't had one in a long time and got it for my 3d printer. So far it's been great. Fast and communicates with everything. Keyboard crapped out right away but luckily had a spare from a family member.

1. it arrived sooner than expected 2. set up was easy. 3. I use this computer for remote customer service work and thought I was ready to hit the ground running today, but then a problem arose. I could hear my customers, but they couldn't hear me. I did everything I knew to do and then called product support. Eric was wonderful! He did a diagnostic, changed something, waved a magic wand, and we thought we were good. I hung up feeling that the problem was solved. But it wasn't so I called back. He did a sound test with me, and I heard him through my headset-so we knew the problem was on my employer's end. And it was!! I made a small adjustment when signing into one of the programs, and it worked! Eric was smart, fast, patient, and so helpful!! Thank you!

This product is excellent. It was pack with plenty of insulation to prevent damage during shipping. I contacted customer support for help with installation and to my surprise they answer right away, no long menus or waiting on hold. furthermore, they are US based and I could understand the tech that I spoke on the phone. Very knowledgeable guy and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Also the value of this item is incredible, powerful I7 processor with windows 11 and a good wireless card. I'll be ordering more from this seller to install in a dental office. Can beat the price and customer support from this business.

A huge improvement on a minimal budget. Added a ASRock Radeon RX 6400 and took out the built in wireless card as PC is hardwired to a wireless switch. That made things seemingly faster as far as rendering pages and loading of apps, files etc. I probably should have gone with 1tb drive as I take video in FHD 60fps and those come out at about 20-25Gb in size.Also, very important: when setting it up, go to the dell website and enter the product info to update the BIOS. I was getting 22mb/s usb transfer speeds. after update, now at 77mb/s. It takes about 5 mins or less to update and reboot.
