Horrible product. It was crushing shortly after purchase and after 5 months of use it crashed completely and is not operable. It was never dropped. Nothing was spilled on it. It still looks new! Yet, it crushed completely just as my child was quietly working on her homework. We tried to restart it several times to no avail. The screen looks as if someone spilled some paints on it.Insult to the injury - amazon cannot process a refund for the item which is more than 2 months old (one would expect a computer to work more than 5 months!)So, Amazon suggested I contact HP. To call HP one must pay $20 for this call! This is ridiculous and unheard of! They do not have customer email either. So, you have to c create account on their website and then hope for some luck of them getting back to you though on their own website other users write that even after registering they cannot get help.Horrible product. Horrible company. Do not waste your money like I wasted $200 for a product which barely worked 5 months!P.S. The country of manufacture listed as China. Perhaps that's why it is such a bad product!

I think the keyboard was designed by a teenager.The keys are greyand the identifiers on the keys are written in a slightly different shade of grey,in lower case.I had to go over the keys with a Sharpie.But, it works well and even though I miss having a Delete keyI like it overall.
