Writing this after a week.Got it for my daughter, amazing specs and good screen. There is a minor scratch on the screen but that is ok, does not create any problems.

Item came in wxcellent condition, software is working great so far. It is in the condition stated of refurbished wxcellent. The only thing i noticed was a tiny blemish along one edge on the outer side of the monitor but it is barely noticable. Great deal for such a quality product. Thank you.

I love the laptop for its size and processing speed, I think it's a great deal. Yet I don't give it a 5 stars because it gets super hot for no reason, even when the fans have good ventilation, also the battery does not last as I expected, it dies so fast.

I have bought many refurbished computers and had great experiences. However with this unit, buyer beware. After loading my software and files onto it the computer ran fine about 4 days. The I received a critical system component error on the processor fan. I reached out to Amazon, who after being transferred to 4 different chat agents I was told to reach out to Dell. I contacted Dell who advised its a refurbished unit not under warranty so they can’t help. Amazon then gave me sellers contact and then I discovered they weren’t open on weekends it appears. So much for my lucky streak of dependable computers. Save yourself a headache and research the seller first. I will have to buy a new latop before I leave on business Monday So this was a complete waste of and loss of money for my business. Who knows if it will ever be fixed or replaced.

Cosmetically very good. Set up Microsoft account, Nord, Adobe, Firefox for browsing. I needed a backup to copy a large itunes library to. I would have given the seller a five. They may deserve it instead of a four. Laptop was wrapped in bubble wrap wrapped in cardboard. But then was put in a larger box where it just flopped around in. Some peanuts in the larger box would help. But that could have been Amazon's fault and not the reseller's. The bloatware was terrible. I kept getting these very large ads that made it impossible to work. Searched Google & youtube to find out how to get rid of them. Time consuming process but worked. Reseller may have had a gun to his head and had to load it when refurbishing. Had it three days now and working fine. I would buy again from the reseller.

Was excellent offer for theprice, but the present several issues, The key board is peeling it, The microphone doesn't work and the same with the HDMI.I will return it.

I typically only use high end computers and when I saw this deal on a Dell Latitude, I knew I’d better not pas it up as a spare that my whole family can use. I connected it to a docking station and run two high resolution monitors and other externals. So, it is great at home and it’s easy to pack up as laptop when you are leaving the house. Good quality and runs with speed.

Came in excellent condition and performs as specified. Solid machine. Used primarily for web browsing and Office, for which it performs very well. Battery life seems to be 3-5 hours depending on type of usage.
