I purchased this dash cam because both of my car mirrors were stolen while I parked my car in the parking lot. The owner refused to provide security camera footage, and my previous dash cam did not record anything.I own three dash cams before this one, all of them are single channel, all use suction cups which I have to re-attach every now and then, and the suction cups completely failed in 3-4 years - good enough right? I am not complaining. But they did not capture anything useful, there were also some operational difficulties.I also purchased other brand dash cam before Neideso, but have to remove it from my car after I spending half day installing it because I found out the GPS was always on and cannot be turn off.For this dash cam there many advantages:1) four cameras, one front, one back, one left and one right. I turn left camera to left side mirror, right to the right! These camera give nice video and photos. I tested front and back cameras in my basement, I can capture photos with license plate at 10 yards under very low light conditions.2) I can turn GPS off, I do not want to collect information against myself! I already have GPS in my phone.3) I can take photos, all four cameras, while I am recording. For my previous dash cams, I have to stop recording first before taking photos - painful experience. This is why I love this Neideso.4) I can do many operations while video is recording, no need to stop it, such as turning on/off WiFi, turning on/off screen, toggling camera view.5) Voice commands: "take photo" will make this dash cam take photos for all four cameras, no need to connect to smart phone first, no need to hit the button on the dash cam itself.6) option to attach to windshield with adhesive tape - perhaps more secure.7) the price is very affordable.8) customer service is amazingly great.There are weakness:Voice commands could be better: I tried in my basement, all voice commands work well, but in my car in real life driving, only a few voice commands work. But, with the few working voice commands, I am happy enough. Improvement is always welcome.In my opinion, this dash cam is a great value indeed.But I own this dash only a short period of time, I will find out how it works as time passes by. I am yet to install the parking mode hardwire.I do recommend this dash cam, particularly for those people worry about their car mirrors in parking lot.

When you first use this dash cam, it's best you read the manual so you can understand each function and not try to guess what you're doing. I really do recommend taking an hour or more to just toy with the dash cam and understand how it works. It will come in handy when you need to quickly adjust something (like when you're sitting at a red light). It's really nice having a voice-activated dash cam as well. I have found that at times, the voice commands don't work even though it's enabled. I have to disable/re-enable it for it to start working. Still, there’s a physical button for the most important voice command (in my opinion) that I use often which is to lock a video. Also, if you’re playing any music through your speakers, even if it's soft, there's a high chance the dash cam will not pick up your voice. However, it may be my particular dash cam that has this issue.Their mobile app is okay and not top of the line. The user interface is okay. Could it be better? Oh yeah, it definitely can. Does it get the job done for what you need it to do? Probably if you just want to view videos, lock them, and save them to your phone. Please note, if you want to watch a video through the mobile app, the dash cam will stop recording. So be aware that you cannot watch videos from the mobile app and have the dash cam continue to record your surroundings. Yes, it's kinda frustrating, but it makes sense as the dash cam has to stop writing data to storage in order to read from it and provide you with its recorded videos. When loading a video from the mobile app, it is a bit slow. Sometimes, the video loads quickly and other times, it could take up to 20 seconds. One thing to note though, I'm currently using the micro SD card that came with the dash cam. I haven't tried using my Samsung micro SD card, which may perhaps reduce the video loading time signigicantly.The videos recorded by the dash cam are clear in 1080p and are smooth. I was afraid that the recorded videos would be choppy where it looks like the movement of cars and people walking by seemed as if they were lagging. Fortunately, the video playback was smooth.In my personal opinion, you are definitely getting more than what you paid for. Yes, this dash cam costs over $100, but remember that you're getting four 1080p cameras. Most dash cams around the same price or those that hang around $70 usually only have two cameras, in which the backup camera is some trash 720p or 480p camera. I've dealt with a dash cam that had a 720p camera. You barely see anything clearly. Yes, you can see cars, but good luck trying to read off a license plate or getting decent footage of a vehicle. So, having four cameras where I can choose which direction two of the cameras are facing is 100% GOLD to me. Currently, I use the two side cameras to look directly left/right of me. However, if I ever invite someone into my car I'm not 100% comfortable with (like an acquaintance from work), I can easily turn one of the side cameras to face the inside of my car. This dash cam has really helped me be at ease when driving. I know that I’ll have good footage to show the police if anything were to happen.After having this dash cam for quite some time, it has been reliable to me so far except for one major issue. For some reason, the dash cam kept on setting the wrong time on my recordings, which made it difficult to know what day and time a video was taken. I've reached out to Neideso Support, and they assisted me in troubleshooting the dash cam. After multiple failed attempts which spanned over many weeks (due to testing), they decided to send me a new dash cam. Their customer service was very supportive in assisting me and did what they can to resolve my issue.If you're looking for a good-quality dash cam with added features AND at a budget price, I highly recommend trying out this one out!

Meh...... I like having the four channels but I've already had to replace the cord for the rear camera after only a day. Thankfully the second cord works well so far. The voice command feature doesn't really work all that well. Sometimes it does if I turn off my heater and I'm sitting still so there's no road noise. But even then sometimes it still doesn't listen to me. I did manage to get it to take a photo while I was driving down the road. The sunrise was really pretty through the trees so I wanted a picture but it was so blurry that it wasn't any good. I guess it would be good if you're sitting still somewhere and you wanna take a picture. I guess I'd probably give it a B rating because it does take video going down the road well but it definitely has some flaws and glitches
