Have several Roku devices. Could not figure out the in and out blurring of the screen. After trying wi-fi extenders and other possibilities I put my old Ultra back on this TV and it is working great. Evidently this was a defective unit. Waited too long to return.

Finally purchased this after putting up with near-constant issues with the cheaper (non-stick) model… So far, it has been a night and day difference in terms of response time, ability to connect to 5ghz wifi, and its improved compatibility with screen-sharing from Apple devices.I am aware that more time will be needed to provide a more reliable review but so far, NO REGRETS!

We've used Amazon Fire Cubes on two TVs since around 2018 and always had issues with streaming buffering, bad quality, apps crashing, etc. This has been with multiple ISPs, routers/modems, installed a mesh system, nothing ever improved the quality. Finally broke down and bought the Roku Ultra and plugged it in last night and it's a night and day difference. Love that you can customize the home screen, get rid of all the fluff, rearrange apps, and change themes. The picture quality is amazing. We no longer have freezing/buffering constantly. Love the Roku platform.
