The media could not be loaded. Do NOT buy this TV, or anything from this seller. It was completely unusable after a few months of owning it. See the video. They WILL NOT provide product support in any form after a 30 day period so they are happy to sell garbage that will not work after a month. It’s not worth the risk when you are spending hundreds of dollars, I implore anyone looking into this TV or any other electronic sold by this seller to look elsewhere.

bought a refurb television 4 months ago and the backlight has totally died. Don't bother calling the seller number listed; it's a hotline to order lifealert. Here's hoping Amazon's customer service can get in touch with them.
