The media could not be loaded. Out of the box this tv was defective from screen separation, as the video and pictures show. When on for a few minutes the screen begins to flicker and show mirrored/double images. This is 100% a factory defect as the box and product show no signs of any physical damage. TCL customer support members and supervisors, who had trouble with English, provided terrible "service," blamed Amazon, and said the factory warranty didn't cover our problem, which they insisted without any basis that it is physical damage and not software or hardware. Unfortunately, we could not return to Amazon because we initially had the tv in storage until we could set it up, and that was after the "return window" had closed. But why is that such an issue given our curcumstances and we literally discovered the damage as soon as we were able to open the box, do not happy with Amazon on this either. We are left with resorting to filing a fraud report on our credit card to reverse the charges.
