We used this product because it is one of the scanners that is listed as working well with our athenahealth ehr system. It works fine however we didn't really need the portability. We would have preferred something with more heft coming from a Fujitsu unit.

I purchased this becuase of the direct integration with Athena EMR. I works great and is easy to setup but the when we scan the ID's and insurance cards the images are very dark and there is no way to adjust it. If I had to but again I would have just gone with the fujitsu since it has more adjustments. If they could fix how dark this prints it would have been perfect.
