Amazing sound! I was not shocked, Wet Sounds has always been amazing!

Don’t buy this sound bar! Less than a year old and nothing is coming out of the speaker! Bluetooth connects but nothing plays! Also, when it did work, the sound quality was disappointing as it splattered over half way turned up!

Amazing sound! I was not shocked, Wet Sounds has always been amazing!

Update: customer service finally got back with me and got the issues taken care of as well as another issue they found internally.Had the colored lights stop working on the unit right away. Then the power button tore and made the unit no longer sealed. Sent a warranty email and got 1 reply to send phone number etc. that was a month ago. Never got another reply. Terrible customer service and product.

The buttons are made of a cheap rubber that breaks. I have only had 2 rides and power button is held in with duck tape and the play/pause button is already breaking too.
